After the end of wife material show, people thought for a moment that Eric was married but it turned out to be fake.

When Eric was hosted by Massawe, he shared that on the next season of wife material he plans on finding his wife for real this time and also the show will have a variety of ladies from Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Eric shared that many people meet their person through different ways but he wanted to meet his wife through the show.

He explained on how in the previous show it was difficult to find a wife cause the ladies were young and not in the space to get married but now he is officially single and looking for someone. He also stated that the only thing he wants from his wife is to understand him and to understands his job

"Kuna watu wankuta kanisani kwenye dm wengine on the streets but this is how i want to meet  my wife but this time its 23 and above  Kenya Tanzania Uganda fifteen ladies Sio mzaha so  right now I'm a true bachelor natafuta jiko mwanamke amemature ako ready kuna kitu nilisema hapo wengi wao ni wachanga ata pengine hawajafika hiyo umri ya pengine kuongelea marriage but this time these are women who are thinking marriage wako na kazi zao.  Natafuta mwanamke atanielewa ataelewa kazi yangu hiyo tu.'
