The celebrated actress lost her first-born daughter Marrie Achieng.
Marrie was laid to rest on August 10, 2024, in Kadongo, Kisumu County.
She passed on July 28 aged 19.
Kareh B
The award-winning Mugithi artist lost her first-born son in a road accident on April 1st, 2024.
The Chavakali Boy's student died in an accident involving an Easy Coach bus.
He died on the spot after their bus got in an accident in Mamboleo-Kisumu on April 1, 2024, around 10 pm.
Joseph Mwadulo Mwaghogho was buried on April 12, 2024, at Karwagi Village, Embu County.
According to eyewitnesses, the driver lost control at the Mamboleo roundabout in Kisumu.
Wanjiru Njiru
In December 2023, Wanjiru Njiru and her husband Ben Cyco lost their child at two months.
In a candid video shared on YouTube, the couple narrated that the loss was one of the lowest moments for them.
According to Ben, they lost the baby after 8 weeks (2 months) and since then things have not been easy.
“We got a baby and we were so excited about it but after 2 months we lost the baby. That was a huge dent in our marriage but God's grace is sufficient...but that has been a tough season.
"That happened like two months ago…we tried but I guess it just did not turn out the way we wanted it to be and we lost the baby at 8 weeks," Ben shared.
The couple recently welcomed a child but the gender remains unknown.
Nazizi
The award-winning rapper lost her second-born son on December 25th,2023 during a family vacation in Tanzania.
In a family statement issued by Nazizi and her close associate Wyre, the young Jazeel passed away on December 25th in Tanzania following an accident at the facility his parents were staying at.
He was later flown to Nairobi and laid to rest on December 26 by his religion.
Nazizi is a mother of two.
Kajim and Wambui
Although the couple did not specify when exactly the loss happened they revealed they had lost their second child.
The couple who welcomed their 3rd child this September lost their second child to an ectopic pregnancy.
Speaking during Wambui's recent baby shower, the Gukena FM presenter announced
"After we got baby AJ, Between this baby and baby AJ, we experienced a hiccup in our journey.
We got an ectopic pregnancy. This is not our second born, this is our third born." Said Kajim
They currently have two boys.
