Does wealth equate to good parenthood? Content creator Murugi Munyi doesn't think so. However, she acknowledges financial stability does make the journey 100% easier.

On her Instagram stories, the mother of 3 shared a video she'd come across where a successful American content creator known as Tenicka Boyd, had been asked what her secret to motherhood was and she replied, "Money!"

Captioning her post Murugi wrote, "Funny how this was on my mind yesterday, and then I saw this. Motherhood/parenting & money are one and two which is why some people's parenting is smoother than others.

It's not because you don't know what you're doing, sometimes it's just that you don't have the funds. Screenshotted this from someone's story that night because it really made me think..."

Murugi, in a different post, shared sentiments she held when it came to the subject with key highlights as to why she held them.

"I definitely don't think having money is the key to good motherhood but it 100% makes it easier," started off the podcast co-host.

Adding she'd arrived at this conclusion based on her own life experiences.

Murugi argued raising his first-born son, whom she had at the tender age of 19 was a whole different task as compared to how she's raising her lastborn daughter now because she's in a better place financially.

"I'm comparing my own journey with raising Ethan when he was born and how different that experience was from now raising Mutana for example... When you're not worried about the basics and the day to day and you can afford to focus on giving your kid/s a fun life, parenting feels easier that's for sure," the content creator candidly wrote.

She reminded people that money, however, doesn't make all challenges vanish.

"And that can make it seem like it's all smooth but of course parenting challenges are still there. They're just easier to manage when you have money.

That's my view... mnaonaje?" The last of her post read as she called upon her followers to engange with her on the subject.
