Former gospel;l singer Masterpiece has made a music comeback after he switched to secular music.
The High bila Ndom hitmaker spoke to Oga Obinna about his decision, as he evaluated the state of the Gospel industry.
"I don't know how it's doing coz I've not been there for a minute but at the look of things saa hii iko poa sana. But they should do real gospel and not ."
He has a reason why he stopped doing Gospel.
"I'm doing music I don't want to put myself in a box. I always stand my stand you know before you come to me to bash me, think about it first.
At the end of the day, kila mtu na maisha yake. If you make wrong decisions the consequences will come, it's up to you" He responded
Does he intend to return to the Gospel?
"I've not left Gospel. Mi ni wa Mungu. I go to church. I live a Christian life. There is not but. I said I was creating music. One thing about me, I don't say things to look for publicity. He said things have been difficult.
"It's been a crazy ride. All I can say is never give up, God has the final say. I thank God for family my greatest strength,"
