Nyashinski's EP, To Whom It May Concern, has been receiving rave reviews since its release three days ago.

Just three weeks earlier, on August 14, fans had urged the artist to release new music. Many comments from his followers expressed their eagerness, prompting Nyashinski to hint at upcoming projects in response to some requests.

One IG user, @karis4l, called for a new rap album from Nyashinski, saying, "Need a new rap album from Mwalimu wa rap" with a thankful hand emoji.

Nyashinski replied, “Got so many unreleased rap songs, I just might. 😏”

Meanwhile, there are rumours that US Fugees lead singer Lauryn Hill will headline a concert with Nyashinski in two weeks.

Posters on The Walker Experience and ticket links on Ticketasa suggest that Hill will perform in Kenya on September 29, alongside Rema and Bien.

Nyashinski has been a brand ambassador for Johnnie Walker since 2022. Lauryn Hill previously visited Kenya to inspect activities sponsored by her non-profit organization.

In a Reuters interview from that time, Hill shared, “We were chosen to say some things and all the awards and stuff, the real meaningful things are when you come out to wherever, whether it be Nairobi or Brooklyn, and spread the message.”

Hill mentioned that her interest in Africa was sparked after a Fugees track was featured in the 1996 documentary When We Were Kings, which covers Muhammad Ali's historic match with George Foreman in Zaire.

She stated, “American kids don’t have a true concept of what Africa is like; there are a lot of false and stereotypical images. We wanted to come to Africa to show the world what it was really like,” according to Reuters.
