The body of actress Winnie Bwire Ndubi was airlifted into the country after her death on 5th September while receiving cancer treatment in Turkey.

A candle-lighting vigil dubbed 'The Last Dance' will be held on Saturday, September 14th at the Little Theatre Club in Mombasa. The dress code will be white.

Evening meetings that have been going on daily at Mt Zion worship center will end on 15th September. The same day, a memorial service will be held between 3 pm to 6 pm.

"It is with heavy hearts and humble acceptance of God's will that we announce Winfred Bwire Ndubi lost her battle with cancer on 5th September 2024, while undergoing treatment in Turkey."
