Karen Nyamu weighs in on Bishop Kiengei and Pritty Vishy 'drama'

Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has weighed in on the ongoing drama between Bishop Kiengei and influencer Pritty Vishy.

Trouble started after the Bishop termed Vishy as ugly during an appearance on a local media station.

Nyamu now says Vishy is only mad because she is on the receiving end further alleging the influencer had once insulted her on a video via social media.

Taking to her socials, Nyamu started off

"Hahaha unajua kwanini nacheka, me huambiwa vitu mingi hapa social media since I got to the limelight in 2017. All kinds of things. Mostly I notice when it’s facts and I improve myself. Like when I commented on finance bill 2024 before I had bothered to familiarize myself with it. I made sure to take my time to thoroughly read up on its provisions karibu nikue consultant."

Nyamu alleged people have been asking her to stand with Vishy after she was termed ugly.

"It has come to my attention this morning via a comment on my FB, asking me to stand with a girl child in the spat by Pritty Vishy and bishop Kiengei. Hehe so sometime back, I see notifications on Instagram that Prity Vishy has mentioned me. I was curious because I actually liked her. Wueh, kalikua kamenitusi kweli kweli kwa video posted by a blogger. Na nikaskia kidogo disappointed that the love wasn't mutual."

Nyamu indirectly defended the Bishop alluding that Vishy was practicing double standards by wanting Kiengei to apologize to her yet she refused to apologize to Nyamu.

"Today she's crying because of lighter statements made about her. YesIsaid lighter. I know Bishop is a comedian and he also shoots straight and can go overboard. But get his point. He wants Vishy to actually pick a hustle or something to be known about n not just her association with simple boy. If she can get that fact she can improve herself As for the way he said it I see he has apologized. No need to go into it. On the other hand, Vishy will never apologize to me lol, though me ata sinanga noma."

Vishy took to her social media questioning whether the JCM founder had sister's or a mother further questioning why he humiliated her publicly.

Partly she wrote;

'How do you feel now that you have embarrassed me publicly?do you know I have a mother? Do you know how she feels about this?

You and other hypocrites who hide in churches are the reason why we stopped stepping into “the house of the lord” Since you did so weeeeell to remind me that I am ugly, unattractive, and fat which all this is true coz I mean🤷‍♀️.

Let's meet in your church, stand on that altar, in front of your church members and you should repeat all those words….so that no matter how hard I will try.

Bishop Kiengei has since taken to his socials and apologized to Vishy

"Prity Vishy I am really sorry and I take this moment to highly apologize for mentioning your name in a show where I went overboard and mentioned you in the wrong way, Get a space in your heart to forgive me for addressing you in the wrong way. This will never happen in the future, I take it as my mistake, Pole my sister na karibu sana JCM CHURCH, KANISA LA WATU WOTE....."
