And the plot thickens. Jalang'o's look-alike Stanley Mulee Mutisya has announced his bid to run for parliament.

The software engineering graduate who gained popularity due to his uncanny resemblance to the Lang'ata Member of Parliament Phelix Odiwour who is popularly known as Jalango, shared his confidence in becoming an MP and maintained he will be on the ballots.

Seemingly throwing shade at Jalang'o, Stanley shared that when elected he'll be a man of the people. No greed and always offering a helping hand.

"Very soon, I will be an MP, and I won't forget the people when I succeed. If we meet on the street and someone asks for my support, I will help them. I won't be greedy when I make it," Stanely confidently vowed.

Stanley also noted he would be borrowing a leaf from Jalang'o picking up a few of the hustles the former actor and comedian used to do as a way of generating money.

"I can do advertising jobs like the ones Jalang'o used to do. I want to follow his path and start creating content to post online," the future political aspirant shared.

Stanley recently made headlines after he accused the Lang'ata MP of failing to fulfill a promise he made to support him during an interview they did back in 2021 when Jalas was still a YouTuber and radio presenter.

He publicly claimed Jalang'o had promised to help him but only gave him Sh. 1,000 and went on to ignore him afterward.

Responding to the allegations Jalang'o expressed his shock over Stanley's entitlement.

"You know what I'm laughing at? This is unbelievable! That is, if you look alike now, you should be my responsibility.

If you were looking like me too, by applying yourself and searching, you would not have done this interview! So, if you are asked what you do for a living.... Ooohh I look like Jalas!" the politician penned while reacting to Stanley's coming out to claim Jalas had left him to suffer.
