Thicky Sandra, the youngest daughter of former Nairobi County governor Mike Sonko, has always been her father's pride and joy.
Sonko has often shown his deep affection for Sandra in public, emphasizing the strong bond they share.
In a recent interview with Obinna, Sandra playfully involved comedian Butita, asking whether he would consider dating her since he has been single for a while—a situation that has raised concern among his fans.
Butita responded that he wouldn’t mind being with Sandra but shared his apprehensions about her father, known for being overprotective and tough regarding his daughter.
To ensure Sandra's safety, Sonko has gone to great lengths, including assigning bodyguards to accompany her wherever she goes. This demonstrates his dedication to shielding her from unwanted attention.
Butita humorously remarked, "The issue isn't about being in love with her; it’s about getting her dad's approval. If he doesn't accept you, you will definitely suffer in the name of love. Anyone interested in Sandra should be aware they are not just dealing with her but with her father as well."
He further explained that Sonko keeps close tabs on his daughter, even tracking her phone's location and having bodyguards report back on her whereabouts.
"I can't even meet up with her without her dad finding out because her security detail would obviously alert him. He's even aware she's currently at Samaki Samaki, doing an interview with you," Butita added.
Obinna teased Butita by suggesting he would send Sandra's number so he could slide into her DMs.
Butita humorously concluded that if he were to meet Sandra, he’d have to come up with a plan to separate her from her phone, making it harder for her father to track them.
