Risper Faith is taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane with throwback photos from 2013. Recently, the businesswoman humorously reminisced about her past struggles, noting how she was once ashy but has since transformed her life through God's grace, and is now living luxuriously in 2024.
She went on to share 16 photos from her days in Eldoret, with fans marveling at how dramatically her life has changed over the years.
Risper remarked on how unrecognizable she appears in the old photos, reflecting on her journey with the caption, "The year is 2013… Maisha ya Eldoret. Acheni Mungu aitwe Mungu."
Risper has frequently discussed her struggles with accepting her curves and her weight, which led her to become a plus-size model years ago.
She openly admits to facing challenges related to her weight, which prompted her to undergo cosmetic surgery. Her first significant change came with liposuction, which she documented on her YouTube channel.
"I remember very well, after giving birth I weighed around 100 kgs, but over 22 months after giving birth, I was about 116 kgs. Surprisingly, my body kept growing. I didn’t feel beautiful or like myself anymore," she shared at the time.
Today, Risper is a successful businesswoman, a mother, and a wife, and enjoys the lifestyle she has. She also stars in reality TV, having appeared in Nairobi Diaries, and is set for a new role in an upcoming reality show alongside Amber Ray, KRG The Don, Phoina, and others.
