Legendary Kenyan singer Nameless recently reflected on how the absence of social media during his university days helped him manage his insecurities.
At the time, he was dating his now-wife and mother of his three kids, Wahu, and felt a bit insecure because of her stunning beauty.
He hinted that a photo of Wahu inspired his song "Sinzia," which includes the lyrics, "I wish I was the slit of your dress; my goal in life would be to aim for the highest."
Sharing a throwback photo of Wahu in a black skirt with a thigh-high slit, Nameless captioned it, “This photo used to give me all the feels back in campus… I would look at it with a smile before going to sleep. I couldn't believe she was mine. Thank God there was no Instagram back then; I would have been insanely insecure… 'I wish I was the slit on your dress…'”
Jeddy Githaiga questioned whether the photo was the inspiration behind his song "Sinzia," to which Nameless confirmed, “Yes! That slit used to drive me crazy.”
