Journalist Shiksha Arora has left TV anchoring for good as she opens a new chapter at Cape Media's TV 47. While she anchored Friday night news at KBC on her show 'Easy Friday,' she will not be doing that at the Kiambu Road-based media house.

This is according to a close source at the media house, who revealed to this writer that Arora will be doing an entertainment show dubbed Tribe 47.

"It will be like any other Friday night show that you've been seeing around. It will basically entail music, celebrity interviews, a hype set, and a deejay battle."

The source added that 'She won't have a co-host but will have deejays."

The source also revealed that Arora will have a live audience on set "The show is similar to Wabebe and 10 over 10 and will start on Fridays 10 Pm onwards."

Just recently, Arora announced her comeback to TV.

"I AM BACK ON YOUR SCREENS THIS FRIDAY ON @tv47ke ❤️ 10 PM onwards on a brand new exciting show where we will dance, vibe & catch up with the HOTTEST artists, and entertainers. influencers, icons & dancers in town! #TRIBE47 is where it’s happening. Thank you for all your love so far, I hope you’ll show me the same support & kindness on this new journey at my new home, TV47! Wish me luck 🥹 I’m so excited for you to watch what we’ve been working on! See you Friday night! Get ready to be ENTERTAINED."
