Bongo star Naseeb Abdul Juma, popularly known as Diamond Platnumz, is trending once again and being mocked on social media for his poor English.

The WCB label boss recently met with American singer Jason Derulo, and they shared a good time together. They even collaborated on Diamond's song, ‘Komasava.’

A video of the meeting between the two musicians has now caught the attention of internet users.

In the video, the two are heard conversing in English, where Diamond was heard using poor English to express himself.

“When did you get to town?” Jason Derulo was heard asking Diamond.

Diamond was heard replying in broken English, “2nd, right? 2nd in the morning.”

In the video, another artist was heard asking the Bongo star if he was a dancer. He replied that he is a musician who can dance.

Netizens, especially Kenyans, have continued to give mixed reactions about the singer's English. Some mocked him while others defended him. Here are some comments from social media users:

Vickyndungu: If I had his kind of money, I would even say twoond in the morning.

Maryam_amoo732: We speak English the way white people speak our Swahili period.

Skili_peng: English is not our language. No need for criticism.

African_melanie: As long as he knows how to transfer money, speaking in English is not a problem.

Malika_staudinger: After saying he is 31st years old.

Dj.sommie: English and people with Z are like Zacchaeus and the truth... Ruto must go.

Iamkarenju: Diamond mastered how to get Kenyans' attention.

This is not the first time Diamond's English has been discussed online. In the past, he has been heard using poor English on several occasions.
