Socialite Huddah Monroe is shocked that most Kenyan celebrities stopped calling out injustices and are now sharing about their lifestyles.

"Myself I was shocked. No one was posting anymore," she wrote on Instagram

She was reacting to a post by an Instagram user Bravin Yuri who was calling out Kenyan celebrities, "It cannot be that people are being found murdered, some some missing and you people are on social media instead of calling out the government, you are posting for us the mansions you are building and cars you are buying. Are you people even empathetic? Your fans have lost friends, loved ones, etc and instead of pushing more for justice, it's like you moved on," he wrote.

Bravinyuri went on to say that most celebrities showed up to the streets to avoid being cancelled and for photos and were not really genuine.

"It's even sad that they are not posting photos of the missing Kenyans. It can't be business as usual when this country has not been liberated from people who are hellbent on impoverishing Kenyans and auctioning the country to foreign powers. When the country is on its knees because of corruption etc, you will not even fuel that car you bought." he wrote.

Huddah then went on to say that as a patriotic Kenyan, she had tattooed a Kenyan flag, "I had drawn a Kenyan tattoo, I'm embarrassed, to say the least."
