Co-parents Frankie Kiarie and Corazon Kwamboka have captured hearts with an adorable video from the gym.
Frankie, who owns a gym and provides personal training for fitness enthusiasts and those on weight loss journeys, recently shared a new upload on his YouTube channel titled "I Owe Her a Snapback Body."
In the video, Frankie pushes Corazon hard, outlining his goals for her fitness progress. Frankie has also acquired a body composition machine, which he used for the first time on Corazon.
He explained, "If you're trying to get a comprehensive understanding of your body—how much moisture, water, fat, muscle, bone density, level of obesity, and whether you are underweight—it provides your BMI and breaks down your whole body so you can track your progress."
The machine also calculates biological age. "Currently, I’m 33, but last time I measured, it said I was functioning like a 28-year-old," he noted.
Frankie guided Corazon through the measurements, revealing his ideal weight goals for her and tracking her progress.
"She has done it a couple of times, and just looking at her progress, I think she’s working out quite well," he stated.
Corazon and Frankie have two children, a boy and a girl. Currently weighing 89.4 kilos, Corazon was praised for being well-hydrated and reducing fat.
Frankie commented, "Just from her weight, you have improved. It shows 89.8 kilos. You are supposed to be between 49.8 and 67.3 kilos, which I know would make you look too slim."
Corazon shared that her weight goal is between 77 and 80 kilos, to which Frankie responded, "80 kilos, I think you would look good."
In conclusion, Frankie said, "Good job. Overall, the progress is good."
