A picture of a woman kneeling, with hands clasped as if begging has moved social media.

Netizens have reacted with comments about being heartbroken over the things poor parents are forced to do to get the attention of politicians.

While many Kenyans think it is from Kenya, the picture is Tanzanian.

The woman seated and looking at the kneeling woman is Jenista Mhagama,  a Minister of state in the Prime Minister's Office responsible for Policy, Coordination and Parliamentary Affairs.

She was speaking to a citizen named Agnes Haule from Liganga, Songea.
