Betty Bayo has made a post that some have thought might be a reaction to recent sentiments by her ex, Pastor Victor Kanyari welcoming the possibility of the two getting back together.

In her post Bayo is seen in a tight hug with her bae Tash, alongside their daughter with the lovely and message reading,

"For those trusting God for a permanent marriage partner. May God give you a prayer partner, not a prayer item," she wrote.

Bayo's post garnered an outpouring of support from her followers, many of whom urged her not to consider returning to Kanyari.

They noted that she seemed much happier with Tash and encouraged her to continue progressing in her new relationship.

A few days ago Kanyari had hinted at wanting to reconcile with his ex Betty during a TikTok live session.

In the live session with content creator Choffri, Kanyari was asked about the reason behind his breakup with Betty Bayo.

Responding calmly, Kanyari explained that Betty had left him and had not had any children since their divorce.

"My wife just left me. Such is life. She has sired no kids for another man," Kanyari said.

Choffri then expressed confidence that Betty would reunite with Kanyari and urged the pastor to pray for their reconciliation.

"She won't conceive for another man but will reunite with you. She will come back. We wouldn't want her to conceive for another man," Choffri said.

"People will judge you as not being up to the task. Start calling her tomorrow, and she will accept."

Kanyari responded positively to Choffri's words, saying "Amen" to his statements.

"She will admit that she is tired and wants her husband back. Don't marry another woman," Choffri continued.

Choffri's comments sparked mixed reactions from netizens, with some criticising him for trying to dictate Betty's life and marital choices.
