TV personality Fredrick Muitiriri has revealed why he was fired from Inooro TV.

In an interview with Reke Ciume Nene, Fredrick shared how his journey on Radio and TV started.

"I resigned from Hero Radio, and after that, I left Nakuru for Nairobi.

I was to stay in Nairobi for two weeks to look for a job, but I ended up staying for 8 months.

I ended up getting an internship at KTN, the position had no salary but I was getting a Sh7,000 allowance."

Why did he leave Inooro TV?

"I worked with Inooro TV but when Covid-19 came I was fired.

The company could not afford to pay our salary. I lost my job in June 2020.

Two of us were fired at the time. By the Grace of God 8 days after that I landed a job at Switch TV."

What are some of the challenges he faced?

"Getting a job with a National TV or a National radio it's not easy.

When I started the salary was very good but with the emergence of Digital, the salary keeps going down."

He has worked with stations such as Hero FM, Radio Maisha, Inooro TV, and Switch TV.
