On Sunday, Kenyan veteran singer David Mathenge, also known as Nameless, met with his siblings at their parents' home to celebrate their father's birthday.

Mr. Joshua Mathenge turned eighty-eight over the weekend, and the musician took the opportunity to celebrate the good health of his parents.

The husband of Wahu Kagwi spoke about how proud his father is to have children who don't have sibling rivalry.

"We are gathered with dad on his 88th birthday, and we couldn't help but be grateful for the health of mom and dad!!," Nameless said via his Facebook page.

He accompanied the statement with beautiful photos showing himself, his parents, and his siblings enjoying happy moments as they celebrated Mr. Mathenge's birthday.

β€œDad told us something that I will hold dear to my heart. He said sometimes he sits and looks at each of his children and can't believe he was blessed with such good children who always stick together! That made us feel so good! πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸΏπŸ™πŸΏ," Nameless said.

The father of three also shared an important piece of advice his father gave them about the importance of criticism.

"He also told us to always remember that we can't know everything and be right, to be open to correction and also free to correct each other if we feel the need. Growth is vital in any relationship!” he wrote.

He added, "It was a special day fulfilled for us. Happy birthday Dad. You are a MAN! πŸ™πŸΏβ€

Nameless's parents, Mr. Joshua Mathenge and Eunice, are both still alive. They have been married for almost six decades.
