Kenyans have taken to social media to encourage businesswoman Betty Kyallo after her business 'Flair By Betty' was put up for auction.

 Betty has responded to the news by saying she let it go as she did not want stress.

Kenyans have encouraged the former KTN news anchor on X. Some of those comments are below;

Tera Terturf: As an entrepreneur, no one should have a laugh at this, it's tough for businesses to survive right, I understand what #Betty is going through right now, a lot of businesses have been shutdown

Murugi: As much as business environment is not okay Landlords pia are never considerate. The reason of even having kibandas scattered everywhere for b/s is coz rent is so high. Rent ya a small Cube in town (Thika) goes even to 45k je hii ya Betty

Its Kinyua Abadala: Pole sana Betty Kyalo. Kufanya bashara hii Kenya saa hii ni noma sana.

Mwende Frey: Laughing at Betty for closing her business when you don't own even 1 is very ridiculous...Running a barbershop is not easy.

Mbiti Mwondi: Once a business has served its purpose whether profitable or not letting it die is always the best option. I see some of you celebrating the closure of Betty’s Flair as if she’d go broke from it. Y’all need to read and listen to some financial books and podcasts you’ll perhaps understand why some businesses have to close. We go broke because of being rational but not reasonable with our finances,rationality will make us continue running a loss making or non profitable business just to appeal to the masses.

Francis Gaitho: We need more people speaking about Nairobi’s extortionate rental costs and the hostile business environment collapsing under the weight of inflated electricity costs and Betty Kayllo’s salons are power-dependent. Otherwise it’s only a matter of time before everyone goes down.

Afande Jaymo: You people celebrate the downfall of others. If you are not an entrepreneur you should not talk about anything to do with business. Betty Kyallo knows the problem of her business, she knows how she started to where she's. You should always show her positive ideas and word of encouragements to rise again. Peace is better in your life and any other running business. Maybe she has been going a lot with it. It's her time give her peace.
