Kisii-based singer Embarambamba has informed his fans that he is about to release a cleaned-up version for his song Tuko Uchi.

"Coming soon," he hinted to his online community.

The KFCB and MCSK had accused the musician of singing indecent songs more so for gospel. He was even summoned over the 'vulgar' content.

In a snippet of what we should expect, the singer shows his version includes him fully clothed unlike the one he had released.

He still does his jumping from a house and window stunts.  In the previous video, the musician was in a river without clothes, using a towel to hide his body.

On 4th March, he met with KFCB where he was taken to task over the use of vulgarity, n**ity, indecency, and violent dancing styles in his content.

He was requested to alter his content in a demand notice, which the Board issued to Embarambamba over non-compliance with the Films and Stage Plays Act, Cap 222 of the Laws of Kenya.

On 15th March, Embarambamba also met KFCB again where he agreed to comply with laws governing content creation and exhibition. he also requested for an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in line with Article 159 of the Constitution of Keny

At the time, Embarambamba was accompanied by prominent lawyer Danstan Omari.
