TikToker Brian Chira has been laid to rest in Ingitei village, Githunguri which is in Kiambu county. The body was picked at the Kenyatta University mortuary in the morning. 

Fans, family and friends viewed the TikToker's body at the mortuary. The mourners proceeded to Kiambu County for the burial which was attended by fellow TikTokers, celebrities, and online media. The body arrived in Githunguri around midday.

Among the celebrities that attended the burial include Otile Brown who sang his famed 'One Call' hit song and politician Peter Salasya.

Addressing the mourners, Otile said "I just want to say thank you for allowing me to be together with you here. I did not know Chira but through my song 'One Call' I've seen his love."

Chira died on the morning of Saturday 16th March 2024. 

Chira was son to the late Sofia Wambui Chira, grandson to Esther Njeri and nephew to Regina Njoki Chira and the late Alice Njoki Chira.

He was cousin to Ian Mureithi, Ryan Chira, Stacy Chira and Sofia Njeri.
