Kenyans are still in shock following the sudden demise of Content creator Brian Chira who was reportedly involved in a road accident in the Karuri area, Kiambu County.
According to Police who spoke to The Star, Chira died after being hit by a speeding car. His body was later moved to the City Mortuary with injuries on the forehead.
Police also said the deceased had been to a bar in the Gacharage area and later caused a commotion. He was then forced out.
He later took a motorcycle to his home and alighted before he tried to cross on foot when he was hit by the said car.

Chira is an orphan
He lost his mum at the tender age of eight, she succumbed to HIV /AIDS complications. He was brought up by his grandmother. Not much is known about his dad.
"I was very shocked I ended up breaking down in the hospital. I did three tests and all of them turned positive." He shared
Learned of his HIV Status through a friend
He learned he was HIV positive after a friend lied he was taking him out for lunch.
Unknown to him, the friend was taking him to an organization that paid people who brought others to get tested for HIV.
Chira takes care of his orphan cousins
They were left in the care of their grandmother after they lost their mum to HIV. He also helps his grandma whenever he can.

Brian Chira shot to fame in 2022 after a video titled “Witness” went viral on social media platforms.

In an interview with Oga Obinna, the content creator admitted to battling alcoholism after he lost his guardian.
“I discovered I was depressed when I sold everything in my house for alcohol.
At that time, my house was full. But I spiraled down because the stress became too much for me to handle, and alcohol seemed like the best option.” he said, “
