As most of you are well aware of right now, YouTuber Director Trevor has announced that he will no longer be working with his long-time girlfriend Mungai Eve.
As most astute pundits will tell you, the news is a signal that not all is well between the two, and most likely a break-up has already occurred.
But as is our norm in Kenya, hard-working netizens have unearthed a gem of a video where Trevor addresses the issue of breaking up with his more popular girlfriend.
In the undated video fellow YouTuber Presenter Ali had asked how their work relationship would continue considering that Eve was the interviewer whilst Trevor shot the videos.
Eve laughed nervously as Trevor went on to tackle the troubling prospect, saying
"Huyu ni dame. Mi ndio najua," he said amidst laughter among the 3 before going on to say, "Mimi ndio nilicreate channel but ni yake, before reiterating the same once again.
He then added that in the unfortunate event that the relationship ended, he would prefer that she stayed with it.
"Maybe kukiwa na issues ningepends iwe yake. Mimi naeza anza channel leo na bado iwe freshi kabisa.
Kwa sababu brand ni yake, jina ni lake. Hata saa hii information zote ni zake. Mimi najua tu password. Mabo ingine sijui. Mambo ya hela sijui."
