Kenyan Gospel DJ Lebbz has made history, becoming the first African gospel deejay to earn the YouTube silver button.
The deejay shared the news on his socials thanking God for the huge milestone.
In his post, the DJ posted pictures of him holding the YouTube Silver accolade.
"When God says yes nobody can say no proud to be the first gospel deejay in East Africa to attain 100000 subscribers on YouTube manze huyu ni God." Lebbz captioned.
The award-winning deejay becomes the first African gospel deejay to ever acquire the YouTube silver button.
His fans flooded the comment section congratulating him on the big milestone while others corrected him on the East Africa part further advising that it was the whole of Africa.
The DJ is popularly known for the Abudu show which he hosts every day from 7-8 am on PPP TV and the Uplift show which airs on Sundays from 8-11 am.
The award-winning deejay has been constantly dropping popular gospel mixes since 2015 many of which have been received by millions on streaming platforms.
His most popular singles include 2020, Cheza Chini, Moto, Nibebee, and Territory.
Among his achievements include surpassing over 200, 000 streams on Boomplay, obtaining over 13,000,000 views on YouTube, and now earning over 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.
