Media Personality Ciru Muriuki is appealing for financial help to be able to accord her fiancé and actor Charles Ouda a decent sendoff.

On Wednesday, the former BBC Journalist shared a poster – detailing how fans and celebrities can contribute towards Charlie’s burial.

Ciru shared a poster that detailed the fundraising details of the veteran actor.

Part of the all-black with gold and white details featured a joyful Charlie who has his hand across his forehead in a smack reeling from whatever had made him burst out laughing.

"In loving memory of Charli... Honouring the legacy! Join us in providing a dignified farewell for a cherished legend," the post reads in part.

Digital content creator and actress Foi Wambui alongside script writer, movie producer and director Abel Mutua, and budding actor Kabugi are among the creatives that have shared Charlie's fundraising poster.

On her part, Foi encouraged netizens to contribute whatever they could noting funerals can be super expensive.

"Funerals are hella expensive and we really MUST give Charles a beautiful send-off. Please help the family by sending whatever contribution you can to the paybill number," Foi wrote on her Instagram stories.

She went on to add everything still felt like a lie noting she was struggling really hard to come to terms with the fact that her friend was gone.

Abel while sharing the post said a prayer for Charles trusting the actor would travel well into the afterlife and rest peacefully.

Friends and fans have been flocking to Ciru's post since she put it up sending her words of encouragement and virtual hugs consoling her as she comes to terms with the loss of her fiance.
