Kenyan content creator Miss Trudy and her Ghanaian husband Wode Maya met US rapper and producer DJ Khaled and made sure to document the process for their online fans.

Their chance meeting happened in Barbados where the couple are holidaying.

"We are downstairs in the hotel lobby and we've just been told that we're going to meet Dj Khaled," Trudy shares.

Miss Trudy and her husband have been in Barbados where they had planned to attend a New Year's party.

"Someone gave us a call and said do you guys want to meet Dj Khaled? I am making it happen. I was like, 'Oh my God.' We didn't think it was really gonna happen, but it happened," she continued to narrate.

"We were not given specifics, we had plans but canceled coz it's Dj Khaled, oh my God this is so random." They were planning to go to Jamaica but canceled. They are working with a Trinidadian airline as brand ambassadors.

The couple had also met Davido in the past but were ordered not to take photos with the bodyguard demanding that they delete any that had already been taken.

"I hope it's not the same thing here," Trusy begged.

"The thing is it's Dj Khaled, if you know he is a whole package, I'm excited and nervous, this guy has put out insane records out there,w ith insane views. Is it really gonna happen," she added about her anticipated meeting.

They had a photo moment, "He is so nice, so humble, thank you so much Dj Khaled and your entourage."

Wode Maya and his photographer shared jokes with Khaled about being in Barbados, the home country of Rihanna saying, "I wanna breathe the air that Rihanna breathes."

"My name is Maya from Ghana, I saw you with Blacko Sherif that was amazing," Trudy's husband tells Khaled as they stand around the front of a hotel.

"You gotta visit Ghana I'm inviting you to Ghana, you gotta come," Maya adds as Dj Khaled agrees to the invite. Dj Khaled also met with the Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Amor Mottley.
