A day after showing off a mystery man while hanging out in a pool, Jackie Matubia now claims it was a joke.

The award-winning actress on Friday shared a video showing a bearded man standing behind her in the pool blowing her a kiss on her cheek, to which she responded positively.

Jackie used Nyashinski's song Perfect Design as the background music for the video and several red heart emojis to possibly signify her feelings.

Kenyans observed how quickly celebrities this year appear to be moving on to the next lover. Kenyans call this kuoga na kurudi soko, to show that one's feelings after a breakup will not prevent a person from moving on.

She returned online on Saturday after sparking social media reactions, to respond to netizens writing,  "Hamjui jokes".

She circled her Instagram page Bio to explain why she was clout chasing. "Weh hamjui jokes. Haya sasa tusome bio before muandike paragraphs," she mocked Kenyans and bloggers.

She wanted people to focus on her professional dashboard where he acting career was outlined. This is not the first time Jackie is clout chasing with a mystery man.

A few months back in a mirror selfie, Kenyans swore they could see a glimpse of a man in the background. 

Other celebrities rumoured to have broken up this year, and left Kenyasn guessing are Dorea Chege and Dj Dibul,  Amber Ray and Kennedy Rapudo, Mylee Staicey and Weezdom among others.
