Riggy G's message to Samidoh & list of politicians who graced his Foundation launch

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has penned a congratulatory message to singer Samidoh following the launch of his foundation dubbed "The Samidoh Foundation".

Riggy who was the guest of honor at the function that took place at Parklands Sports Club, saluted Samidoh for starting a foundation that will help many.

He mentioned that Samidoh's story from a humble background is that of resilience, hope, and inspiration.

“From a humble background to a super Maestro in the Music Industry, the story of Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh is a beautiful one.

“It is a story of resilience, hope and an inspiration to not only budding artists but also to the youth that they can make it in life, through hard work, focus, and of course prayers,” DP Gachagua said.

He commended me for always inspiring generations through music, innovation, and creativity.

“Samidoh continues to stand out and inspire us through his music, innovation, and creativity. We celebrate him and are very proud of him.  Last evening, it was a pleasure to join Samidoh and rejoice with him as he launched The Samidoh Foundation whose focus is to help the vulnerable, the youth and in particular, the boychild,” Gachagua added.

“Giving back to Society is a Mark of Honour and the Right Thing to do. Congratulations Samidoh from H.E President   @WilliamsRuto  and all of us,”.

He also thanked CS Ababu for supporting Samidoh and his initiative.

"We thank the Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, Sports and the Arts,  @AbabuNamwamba, who this evening extended his support for Samidoh - for establishing strategic supportive structures for our Nation to harvest big from the Creative Industry.

Several leaders graced the occasion to celebrate and witness Samidoh's milestone.

 They included Principal Secretaries Alex Wachira (Energy) and Eng John Mbugua (Transport), Senators Betty Montet (Nominated), John Methu (Nyandarua), Karen Nyamu (Nominated), Wahome Wamatinga (Nyeri), Maureen Mutinda (Nominated) Karungo Thangwa (Kiambu), Joseph Githuku (Lamu) and Mirajj Abdillahi (Nominated),

Woman Representatives Faith Gitau, (Nyandarua) Muthoni Marubu (Lamu), Betty Maina (Murang'a), Rahab Mukami (Nyeri) and Njeri Maina (Kirinyaga). Others were Geoffrey Ruku of Mbeere North, Augustine Mwafrika (Roysambu), Benjamin Gathiru alias Mejja Donk (Embakasi Central) Eric  Wa Mumbi (Mathira).
