Bien-Aime Baraza, a well-known member of Sauti Sol, described his birth story on Friday.

Bien disclosed that he was born during his mother's hospitalisation during an interview with WabebeXP on Tv47 on Friday.

"Unajua mimi nilizaliwa wapi? Nilizaliwa hapo Nyayo Stadium roundabout kwa gari ya aunty wangu," Bien said.

This loosely translates to: You know where I was born? I was born along Nyayo Stadium roundabout in my aunty's car.

Bien clarified that his mother was en route to Nairobi Hospital and was in labour.

This week, Bien's eagerly awaited solo debut album was released, following the conclusion of Sauti Sol's two-part farewell concerts.

The CD 'Alusa Why Are You Topless' is a heartful listen that alternates between delving into his distinct Kenyan style and embracing sounds from throughout the world.

Bien, who has been marketing the record, said on social media that it is now accessible everywhere and asked listeners to let him know which song is their favourite.

"My debut album out worldwide! Go run it and let me know your favorite jam. Drop your flag while at it!" he wrote on Instagram.

Other well-known performers, like as Nigeria's Ayra Starr, Banks, Scar Mkadinali, and Britain's "Got Talent" prodigy Sarah Ikumu, have collaborated with Bien on his 16-track album.
