Businesswoman Anerlisa Muigai has found herself explaining after she shared a picture of a marijuana plant on Monday which was national tree planting day in Kenya.

While she had shared a photo and did not caption it, fans concluded that she was endorsing it.

Well, the Keroche heiress has come out to clear the air in an Instagram story.

"You guys and your comments. My bad, I didn't look too deep into the picture," she wrote

Adding "Never smoked anything in my life."

The businesswoman is the owner of Nera Water Company and recently told media personality Kalondu Musyimi that she was going to take legal action on people who've copied her water bottle designs.

"When I started Executive Water, we are the only company that had that bottle shape and then people started copying us. Yet we are the only ones who are supposed to have that shape and people don't know that,' she said in an exclusive interview

She continued;

"I don't want to talk so much about that but we have the...like we are the only ones who are supposed to have that shape. When I'm ready to talk about it, after the court case is done and all I'll give all the details. I get to copyright the design totally.

"Funny enough I didn't even know that but someone told me and I followed through and was given a certificate," Anerlisa candidly said.
