Karen Nyamu recounts tough struggle she had trying to leave Samidoh

Nominated senator Karen Nyamu has revealed that in the past she tried hard to leave her boyfriend Samuel Muchoki aka Samidoh without success.

Speaking on Convo's YouTube Channel, Karen said that even before their affairs became public, she tried to end the relationship due to pressure and compassion for the Mugithi star's first wife, Edday Nderitu.

The mother of three admitted that she decided to leave things as they are after trying her best to end the relationship without success.

"That's the way it is (relationships), now why should I fight it, it's not that I've never tried to fight it because of pressure and whatnot, and also being a good person, there are times when I would see this situation as it is not good. How do I feel about someone else? I think it's wrong," the politician said.

The politician who was surrounded by many dramas in her life admitted that whenever she wanted to leave, the deep love for Samidoh that she carried in her heart was pulling her back.

"Things of the spirit! I tried to plan them, I said let it go now because I tried and failed," she said. The senator revealed that even after her relationship with the father of her two children became public a few years ago, she tried hard to leave him but her heart would always return to her.

"Fear the spirit! You don't know it well!" she said.

She said that their relationship is just a natural connection and made it clear that she is happy about it. She also noted that she is not in a relationship because of money as they are not poor.

Speaking about the qualities she likes in her lover, Senator Nyamu praised him and revealed that he has a very attractive vibe that he likes.

"He's cool, he has a cool spirit, he's very funny, he's open, he doesn't pretend, the soul is naked, you see. He has a vibe that I have never seen in my life.

He is very attractive. He usually says some things and I know in my life I will never hear another person say them. I usually tell him that," Nyamu said.

Karen revealed that she first met Samidoh at an event where he was performing before they got to know each other better.
