A day after opening up about her husband Shakib and her baby daddy Diamond wanting to get to know each other, Zari Hassan has admitted that she sold the rights to her wedding to Netflix.
The wedding ceremony was held secretly on October 3, with a few clips being leaked online.
She has kept mum about it until now. Zari is in Uganda for several engagements and in an interview with media, confessed that fans will have to wait a bit longer for the wedding.
“Shakib and I had our wedding in South Africa, and we sold the exclusive rights to Netflix for their upcoming show, ‘The Young Famous and African’. Those who want to know what happened should wait for the new season.”
The show will air sometime next year, as fans wait for Netflix to announce the date.
Meanwhile, Zari has been nominated as the best-dressed celebrity and reality TV star of the year in the AEAUSA awards.
The 9th Annual African Entertainment Awards USA (AEAUSA) will go down on Saturday, November 11, at Newark Symphony Hall.
She also won another award recently for the Best Female TV Personality Award in the National Film & TV Awards, South Africa on October 22.
