In her claim, Minne wants to be paid compensation of Sh 3 million from Ntalami for allegedly tarnishing her brand and reputation on social media through what he describes as a false case against him.
Minne insists that Ntalami's case is false because she has not yet been served with official legal documents.
She continued to say that Ntalami's false case on the internet has had a negative impact on his brand. For these reasons, Minne demands a combined fine of three million.
According to a report in NairobiNews, she is ready to continue with these claims in court if Ntalami does not fulfill the conditions set out in her letter of claim including a public apology.
Minne's lawyer, Peter Njage, emphasized that his client is a persuasive and famous person whose reputation is important for her work.
She explained that Ntalami's dissemination of controlled and negative information has the potential to harm Minne's life.
Njage also pointed out that they are ready to resolve the issue peacefully, without resorting to court. But this depends on Ntalami's intention to fulfill the four conditions.
