• The mom of five praised Omosh's farming and said he will send him a picture of the pumpkin he planted.

Kenyan musician Esther Akoth aka Akothee has indicated that she is still in contact with her husband Denis Schweizer despite rumours of their separation.

On Tuesday, the 43-year-old singer shared a video of her employee harvesting a pumpkin which she revealed was planted by a white man.

"See the budho of Omosh. Omosh to lwete ber,” Akothee wrote in the Luo language in the video he shared on his Instastories. Meaning, "See the pumpkin of Omosh. Omosh's hand is good at what he does."

In the video, the mother of five was heard explaining to the worker who was harvesting the pumpkins that it was her husband who planted them.

In addition, she continued to reveal that she intended to take a picture of the pumpkin and send it to the mzungu from Switzerland.

"You know those are what Omondi planted, and he brought them back to Switzerland. Let me take a picture and send it to him. How many are there?” the singer was heard saying to the man who was holding two large pumpkins.

She also shared more videos of her discussing with the farm worker and giving him directions as they walked around the farm.

This is happening amid many rumours of the breakup of the musician's marriage with her husband Denis 'Omosh' Schweizer.

Last week, however, Akothee was heard wondering why people are claiming that she has broken up with Omosh when she herself has yet to say so.

"And why do they think we are divorced? I didn't say we broke up! I didn't say we broke up and they started telling me it's 'Ojingo wa 8'," Akothee was heard saying in a video she posted on Instagram.

The current relationship status of the two is not clear as they have not yet released an official statement about it.
