Before the wedding, an invite had leaked showing that she was going to marry the love of her life.
The white and gold invite read, "Zarinah Hassan and Shakib Lutaaya cordially invite you to share in the joy and celebration of their wedding day."
The invite showed the ceremony would take place on the 3rd of October 2023 starting from 12 noon.
Adding"Your presence on this special day would make our celebration truly unforgettable."
The couple first tied the knot in April this year at a private Nikkah ceremony attended by immediate family members. For her bride price, Zari asked for a Quran.
“I have had everything I have ever wanted in this world God has blessed me I have a beautiful life, my kids are okay and my business is thriving and I get gigs here and there," she told a Tanzanian journalist.
"I’m blessed enough… so for me I only asked my husband for a Quran because I’m trying to up my faith game, I’m a Muslim too sometimes, he was even surprised when I told him that."
“So he bought me one, so that it, only a Quran,” Zari said.
She also said her kids did not like her husband Shakib Lutaaya at first and that they were hesitant to approve of him.
The Ugandan-South African-based businesswoman said this in an interview with NTV Uganda at another date,
"My children did not approve of my relationship with Shakib but after witnessing how close we were and happy, they asked him to ensure that he takes good care of me."
