Controversial rapper from the United States, Kanye West is facing another case after firing the person who was in charge of the construction project at his mansion.

According to the Independent UK magazine, Kanye West fired the manager of the project after he refused to comply with Kanye West's order that his house should not have water, windows, or electricity.

"Tony Saxon was allegedly fired after refusing to "comply" with removing electricity and windows from Ye's Malibu home to create a retro bomb shelter," NBC News reported.

According to NBC News, the lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The project manager's lawsuit alleges violations of multiple labor laws, including unsafe working conditions, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination and retaliation.

According to the lawsuit, the Yeezy entrepreneur allegedly ordered Saxon, 32, to move a large generator into the house.

But when the project manager refused, Kanye West told him to "get his shit out of here". The rapper was also reported to have said that Saxon "will be considered an enemy if he doesn't follow what he wants".

After working for the rapper for two months, West reportedly fired Saxon on November 5, 2021 for not complying with the request.

The rapper also allegedly promised to pay Saxon $20,000 a week. However, according to the lawsuit, West made only two payments: one to cover Saxon's weekly salary and the other to the project budget.
