• Davido came across the TikToker's video on Instagram after it was re-posted by a popularly entertainment page

Famed Nigerian recording and performing artist David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido has yet again melted fans hearts after his latest grand gesture.

The multi award winning artist and entrepreneur just blessed a struggling lady with 2 million Nairas which translates to about Sh384 930 after her content put a smile on his face.

A trendy entertainment, gossip and news page on Instagram by the handle Mufasa Tunde Ednut that boasts over 6.8 million followers shared a video of a young lady, Okoli Classic, who was seen drinking garri but calling it fried rice.

Garri is a popular West African dish, it ranges from a fine to coarse granular flour of varying texture made from cassava roots.

"So I was hungry and I didn't eat, I went to sleep but I was so hungry I woke up and had to go look for food. I went looking for fried rice and chicken at 11 o'clock, I bought food and had N200 change remaining because I was broke," said the TikTok user as she documented her 'journey' to go get food.

In the interesting clip, the lady announced that she had woken up with cravings and was going out in searched for friend rice and chicken even though she was low on cash and was trying to use the remaining money sparingly. She also announced to her followers that even though she had a fridge, sadly there was nothing in there.

Shortly after Mufasa shared the clip on his page, he maintains the 'If' hit maker saw it, and was very amused with her spirit and positivity. Following this, he sent a private message to Mufasi via Whatsapp asking him, to help him get the lady’s bank account details because he was going to send her money.

Mufasa excitedly shared the news of Davido's good deed online with a lengthy caption where he praised the artist for his kindness as he wasn't obliged to do anything.

“You see why we all love Davido? He has done this many times. After watching, he will laugh and say Tunde, help me give that guy money and don't announce.

But this particular one is N2,000,00 so I had to announce it," started off the social media users.

He went on to call upon netizens to say prayers for the artist because he totally deserved it and so much more.

"Can we have a quick prayer for Davido? He’s rich, yes we know. He didn’t have to do this still, but he did. Many will just laugh and move on, but OBO, no! He will drop something."
