The question of the day today on Morning Kiss with Chito Dhlovu touched on relationship break-ups.

What is the best way to handle break-ups?

This question was derived from a confession that a lady did. She said that she has five exes and surprisingly she is attached to all of them, the feelings are still there.

How can someone be attached to more than one person, this is a question everyone asked themselves including Chito and Kwambox.

Some listeners shared how they have handled their previous break-ups and how they would handle a break-up if they were to.

Many seem to go for the ghosting way, you just ignore the person and move on after healing or you just move on directly, 'back to the streets' as they phrase it.

Here are some;

Caller: "I would just do it like the old days, I just ignore them until you heal."

Caller: "Sometimes we just have to let our emotions take control, just go somewhere in a corner and just cry until you feel better."

Caller: "You should move on immediately, no time to waste."

Mamamish@Mishmaina2: Talking about it to a neutral matureperson Not a relative or a close friend

bob@bob32073051: Just talk...kam ni mtu reasonable he or she will understand.

Isaac Musuya@isaacmusuyaa: Only in a spiritual way, period!
