Why must you badmouth your ex? This was the highlight of the question of the day during the Morning Kiss hosted by Chito and Kwambox.
Referring to research they pointed out that many do the badmouthing to heal faster and as a self consolation.
The duo made many people step out of their boxes of being bitter about a person they once dated.
This is what led to another question on top of the question of the day;
"What are the positive things your ex had?"
Many listeners shared the good experiences they had while others had nothing to say about their exes.
Here are some of the responses
Caller: "There is nothing positive about my ex. She was an alcoholic first of all."
@mc_tonje: She taught me how to kiss properly, initially I didn't know how to kiss; instead, I used to focus on zagazaga coz that's what mattered to me most.
And another thing that makes me think of her venye alikuwa ananipikia chapo. Aki that lady abarikiwe , na venye mi hupenda chapo ajab. Those two things, make me remember her to date. I'll call her one of these fine days.
