Lang'ata member of parliament Phelix Odiwuor popularly known as Jalang'o has left netizens on stitches after he shared a video of himself buying Mukombero in traffic.
In case you are unfamiliar with the term, Mukombero is a native Kenyan aromatic white ginger root used as a natural aphrodisiac among other things. It is also known as Mondia whitei.
Sharing a video between his interaction and a hawker who had approached him in public, Jalas went on to question the guy about the plant before eventually purchasing it.
"Hii ni ya nini baba?" Jalas asked quizzically to which the hawker went on to sell his brand leaving the comedian-turned-politician in stitches.
"Unajua kitu ya kwanza inasafisha damu na figo na inakupea nguvu... ile nguvu ya mwanaume, (It cleans the blood and your kidney and also gives you stamina...)" the hawker calmly explained before listing the prices for Jalas.
Captioning the post the Langata member of parliament wrote, "Mukobero....Does it really work?🤣🤣🤣" leaving his over 2.8 million followers widely amused.
