Months after one of the coolest and most unexpected baby bumps reveals multi-award winning celebrity couple Rihanna Fenty and Rakim Mayers (Asap Rocky) have welcomed their secondborn child!

According to multiple American entertainment sources, it is reported that the 'Man Down' hitmaker actually gave birth weeks ago but has been keeping things hush-hush.

TMZ reported that the beauty mogul gave birth to a baby boy earlier this month. According to the outlet, the newest addition arrived on 3rd August in a hospital in Los Angeles.

While the baby's name still remains a mystery it is reported that the parents are following the usual trend and the young one's name starts with an R just like his big brother.

The news of the two welcoming a boy comes as a surprise to their fans who were super convinced the couple were expecting a girl, especially with the hints Rocky was dropping left, right and center and the few times Riri was spotted out shopping.

About 2 months ago, the “Lift Me Up” crooner, was spotted checking out a pastel pink knitted romper, leading fans to believe that she’s expecting a baby girl but now it seems it was just a ruse to throw people off.

Riri announced she was pregnant for the second time during her 2023 Super Bowl halftime show performance in February

Rocking a bright red jumpsuit with a red bodysuit underneath the 34-year-old artist excitedly revealed her bump as she and her team killed it during the performance.

The Fenty x Savage founder and the “Sundress” artist also share a 1-year-old son, RZA Athelston Mayers whom the celebrity couple welcomed back in 13th May 2022 at 10:58 AM at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. 

After welcoming their first child together, both Rihanna and Rocky were protective over photographs of their son, and chose not to immediately reveal his name which was chosen after Wu-Tang Clan leader RZA. It actually took them almost a year before sharing that little detail.

Although the entrepreneur told Apple Music earlier this year that her live-music comeback was influenced by her experience with motherhood it is unclear whether any music is forthcoming from her camp especially now that she is a mother of 2.

2 months ago, she stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of her multi-billion dollar company Savage X Fenty to focus on bringing up her toddler. While Riri still remained the CEO of her cosmetic brand; Fenty Beauty, she announced she'd only serve as an Executive Chair in a leadership position of the lingerie franchise mentioned above.
