Nasra Yusuf may have got her fans temporarily excited with a possible announcement she was finally dating. The former Churchill comedian shared a picture looking cozy with Sammie Kioko. The possibly innocent photo was captioned with a message that suggested she was dating him.

This led to a barrage of questions from her fans about the two. "No I was going jameni," she insisted after being tagged in multiple congratulatory messages.

This didn't seem to persuade people she was trying to clarify her point to and so the comedian took to her Instagram stories with a Q&A for her fans about dating.

she began by first sharing a clip of Rihanna who in a Red Carpet interview was being asked by a reporter what she is looking for in a man. Rihanna responds that she is not looking for a man.

Nasra follows that up with the, 'Ask me a Question' Instagram series where a man tells her, "Nataka nikutoe kwa streets jameni," and she confesses, "I've never been in the streets. MM hata nikiwa single niko single in a palace."

A tiktoker Tom Dakatari asks her, "Sasa umesema uadate Kioko na tulikuwa karibu tuoane," and she laughs at this proposition with her reaction, "Pole Tom Dakatri sikujua nlikuwa karibu kuoana bro."

She then shares Sammie Kioko's tagging her with his own response to the dating rumours, calling her sister Bernard.

"You can't lie on national television," he teases her as she replies. "Hii kuniruka on national television itafanya nikudate sasa."

She is not done and leaks a private conversation with Sammie as they tell each other how people are privately unhappy the two are in a romance.

"Due to obvious reasons, I retract my previous statement. Alafu kwani hamjui jokes btw," she laughs again with multiple emojis.
