Recently in a phone call with blogger, Ankali Ray, Brown Mauzo, questioned the claim that they had broken up and fiercely denied the allegation.

"Mimi na yeye bado tuko pamoja tuko poa shida iko wapi, kwani tuliachana lini jamani siezi kudanganya mimi ni Mwislamu."

The young man went on to further confirm that they are still together and that he is still staying with her in the same house.

When asked about the breakup posts Vera Sidika had been putting up a while back he said that at times things happen and there is real life and social media life.

"...Mambo ni mingi na kuna vitu in life na sisi we are not perfect but things do happen na wajua mapenzi ni safari nyingine tofauti"

The musician also shared that they are not planning to have kids but then they leave it all to God, if he blesses them they will gladly take it and have more.

"...Hata ikifika ishirini ni sawa tu sisi tutachukua lakini sio sisi tunapanga watoto ni Mungu anapeana na wakikuja ni sawa tu bado..."

The father of two went on to add that he has no problem with Vera playing songs of Otile Brown because he also listens to him as well.

"...Mimi ni msanii nimeimba sana na huezi sema mtu asiskizwe kama ni kizuri jamani ni kizuri na mimi sina shida naye ata mimi naeza post nyimbo zake.."

The couple had been rumoured to split up as the pictures and videos of them spending time together had been limited after the birth of the second child.

The two have both been doing things separately with Vera Sidika back to her socialite lifestyle and Brown Mauzo seemingly spending more time with his other children.

Although the musician has been posting lots of cryptic messages on his social media with no particular mention of who he is addressing.
