For years former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has assumed he connected Mugithi star Samidoh to his baby mama Karen Nyamu.
For the first time, Nyamu has revealed that is not the case,
In an interview with Ala C on Reke Ciume Na Ene, Nyamu says she knew Samidoh even before Sonko 'introduced' them.
"Sonko was my boss, so I did not want him to know, so nlikua naficha white ,
'That is why he thought he was the one who connected me to Samidoh.
But even before then, we knew each other."
In the past Sonko has narrated how he connected the two love birds.
'Munafaa muniitie chai mimi ndio nlikupea Samidoh pale Dubai mkiwa na Moses Kuria wakati wa Mugithi night."
(You guys should buy me tea. I am the one who gave you Samidoh during a Mugithi night in Dubai while you were with Moses Kuria."
Nyamu sarcastically responded asking Sonko not to leak the video. Nyamu had earlier been branded a husband snatcher by a fan something she did not refute.
Speaking to Jeff Kuria TV, the mother of two said she is a close friend of Sonko's family.
She also said the worst thing that has been said about her on social media is that she is a gold digger.
''His wife is my friend. They even linked my sister to dating Sonko and the wife even called me about that. I told her that was not true. I know the family from way back in Buruu when Sonko had matatu's and his wife run a cyber cafe.''
Karen said some of the things written on social media are malicious.
''I can't say it is my enemies in politics, but the first blogger to write about me is linked to someone who wanted me to be in a relationship with them,'' she said.
