Zari Hassan and her husband Shakib are set to walk down the aisle in a white wedding this year. Zari confirmed that the wedding is set for December, 2023.
Zari and Shakib tied the knot in April this year during Ramadhan. She revealed that Lutaaya gave out a Quran as dowry.
Speaking to Tanzanian journalists, she said;
“I have had everything I have ever wanted in this world God has blessed me I have a beautiful life, my kids are okay and my business is thriving and I get gigs here and there.
I’m blessed enough… so for me I only have my husband for a Quaran because I’m trying to up my faith game, I’m a Muslim to sometimes, he was even surprised when I told him that."
“So he bought me one, so that it, only a Quran,” Zari Hassan said.
She also said her kids did not like her husband Shakib Lutaaya and that they were hesitant to approve of him.
The Ugandan-South African based businesswoman said this at an interview with NTV Uganda.
"My children did not approve of my relationship with Shakib but after witnessing how close we were and happy, they asked him to ensure that he takes good care of me."
Hassan has three three teenage sons; Pinto, Raphael and Quincy Semwanga whom she sired with late Ugandan businessman Ivan Semwanga.
Hassan has two other kids; Princess Tiffah and Prince Nillan, fathered by Tanzanian music mogul Diamond Platnumz.
