Great news for Jose Chameleone's fans after recent update (video)

• The exact cause of his hospitalisation still hasn''t been revealed.

Jose Chameleone, the legendary Ugandan musician, has verified that he has received treatment at a hospital in Minneapolis and has now been released.

"I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the love, support, and prayers that I received during my hospitalization. Your kind wishes have truly given me strength through this challenging time. I am now on the road to recovery."

He added, "Thank you Aline Medical Hospital Minneapolis for your significant role in my progress. While my recovery may still require some time and patience, I am confident that I will return to good health soon. God has always been good to me. Thank you all my people."

His father broke the news of the Ugandan star's hospitalisation;

“Chameleone has been sick in the past months. When he moved to America, the illness became worse. He is now so sick, he is on his sickbed. He has been having complications in his stomach that he is currently receiving treatment for."

Gravitty Omutujji, a Ugandan musician, had urged other Ugandan celebrities to unite and pray for the singer.

“As a country, we need to pray for Chameleone, his friends, and everybody, wherever you are, pray for Chameleone because he is terribly ill. At the time I gave him a call, he was heading into the OR room for an operation."
