Amber Ray has for the first time talked about her birth process.
The mother of two welcomed her first child with bae Kennedy Rapudo.
Unlike her nemesis Vera Sidika , Ray says she chose a normal delivery as it would make it easier for her to bounce back to her normal self.
'I gave birth normally guys, Let me tell you Maina. The doctor refused to give us an epidurial. I went through everything, the pain was crazy.
The reason I opted for a normal delivery is because one bounces bask easily, I don't like sitting around I love being on my toes doing something."
Rapudo confirmed that they resumed their normal sex life after six weeks.
"Six weeks alinipea, we are back to her normal self."
Vera chose to have selective CS for both her kids.
According to her, she wanted to have a voice over when her kid's birthday would be.
"Since elective CS allows you to select a date within a particular time frame.
I personally chose the date 20th October 2021 so she can be celebrating her birthdays from home with family since it's a public holiday,"

"My honest opinion on CS delivery. (Based on my experience so far) During the surgery, I felt no pain.
It has been 21 hours after surgery. Still no pain at all. And I can get up, walk around on my own. Waah! I am surprised.
Actually, I felt so good during surgery. Some kinda high. I was awake, saw, heard everything,"
