A TikTok user by the name of Shirley took Kenyans by surprise with a video of her day as a student in a private high school in Kenya.

In the video, the young lady starts off her day by doing her skincare routine then heads on to pick her outfits for the day.

Unlike most high schools, phones were very much illegal and they are even allowed to wear home clothes and not matching uniforms.

The Tiktoker, then went on ahead to show us the view outside her dorm room window and did a little twirl in front of the mirror before she went to class.

Shirley took us through her day, showing us their different classmates and we could see the majority of them were whites.

To people's amazement for their meals, they have a buffet spread and they do self-service and not just any meal, they eat sausages, burgers, ham, and salads.

This video made many Kenyans recount their high school experiences and compare the kind of life they had in high school.
