Former Miss Kenya Rachel Mbuki was among the stars that attended the just concluded BET Awards and the beauty queen more or less stole the show with her couture gown.

The former beauty pageant queen who now doubles as a actress, TV host and writer took to her Instagram page to show off her look for the much anticipated black entertainment award show which focuses not only on music but film, sports and philanthropy as well.

Rachel who was representing Sheen Magazine in the star-studded event held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California looked ravishing in a signature yellow couture gown created by the talented fashion designer Dequincy.

The yellow gown was a total crowd-puller with its bold pattern and body-hugging yet revealing features.

The top part looked like plant tendrils enveloping her, it then cascades into a tight feature at the bottom with frills at the bottom.

Captioning the post, the gorgeous media personality went on to gush over how great she felt in the fit marveling over all the compliments she got and the multitude of people who asked for pictures with her during the event.

I felt like Cinderella. Got so many compliments. I could barely take two steps before someone asked for a picture.
